United Methodist WomenThe mission of the UMW is to build a supportive community among women; to be an advocate for the oppressed and dispossessed with special attention to the needs of women and children; and to engage in activities that foster growth in the Christian faith, mission education, and christian social involvement throughout the organization.
Rachel Circle meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (except December) from 1-5pm at church. These quilters cut & sew, tie & finish lap robes, baby blankets, throws and projects for different organizations and projects. They are always looking for sewers of all experience levels. Come as you can and stay as long as you’d like. Ruth Voll Circle meets on the last Wednesday of most months at 1 PM in the homes of the members. This group shares a dessert & bible study. Call Kay Pasvogel or Jean Stringer with any questions. All are welcome! Garrison/Love Circle meets quarterly in the evening and works on special projects for missions and fund-raisers.
